Tulipa Perth

Tulp Perth is really amazing! It has a beautiful, large, richly filled flower with fringed edges. There is still very little available but fortunately you can already enjoy it. If you really want something special in your garden, this is the perfect choice. Tulip Perth combines well with the white Snow Crystal and/or the purple Crown of Negrita. Tulip bulbs of the largest size 11/+ will be shipped from September. 

Planting advice and care for tulip bulbs:

Plant the flower bulbs in loose soil 10 cm deep and about 5 cm apart for a beautiful display of flowers in the spring. You can plant the bulbs from September to December, before the frost period, with the tips facing up. Tulips are best planted in a sunny or partially shaded spot using a trowel or a special bulb planter. Only during extremely dry periods should you water the bulbs. Tulips are generally not perennial bulbs and are most beautiful in their first year. Therefore, it is best to remove tulip bulbs after flowering and plant new ones in the fall. Tulip bulbs need a cold period (winter) to bloom. In the open ground, they can withstand all weather conditions. In extreme frost, you should store potted tulip bulbs in a cold shed.

Tulips as cut flowers:

Tulips are very suitable as cut flowers. It's best to cut the stems in the morning and place them in a vase with lukewarm water and flower food. Fresh flowers will last a long time in your vase. This way, you can create your own bouquets. Because we only supply the largest tulip bulbs, you'll also get the largest flowers.
