How many bulbs are in one box?
Each box contains 9 tulip bulbs of a single variety.

Can I pick up my order in Amsterdam?

Orders from our webshop are shipped and can’t be collected in store. Would you rather pick up your gift box yourself? Visit our pop-up shop Tulip Atelier Amsterdam at Leliegracht 14 in November or December 2026 and buy it on the spot. Want to make sure your favourite variety is in stock? Can I order customized gift boxes?
Yes, for larger quantities we can customize the packaging. Email us at [email protected] for the options and a quote.

Can I take the bulbs home outside the Netherlands?
Within the EU you can usually take tulip bulbs home without any problem. Travelling to the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom? Then you need inspected and certified bulbs. From 7 November 2026, our pop-up shop at Leliegracht 14 sells inspected bulbs with an official seal, ready to take home to the USA and the rest of the world. 

How long do the bulbs keep before planting?
Store them in a cool, dry and airy place, and plant them within a few weeks for the best results.

Can I plant them in pots?
Yes. Use a pot with drainage holes, at least 30 cm deep.

When will they flower?
Tulips bloom in spring, usually between March and May, depending on the variety and weather.
