We only ship in Europe (no UK). Due to Brexit, additional inspections, documents and an extra UK location are required, which unfortunately we cannot meet now.
At Tulip Store all deliveries are free of charge to the following countries:
Luxembourg / Belgium / Germany and Netherlands!
For Denmark / France and Austria we charge a fixed fee of 10.- Euro.
For Croatia, Malta and Switzerland we charge a fixed fee of 30.- Euro.
For the other European countries we charge a fixed fee of 15, - Euro.
Tulip Store delivers to all EU countries in cooperation with our partner Post NL. The bulbs are sent from September to middle December. For the best quality and results you need to plant the bulbs immediately upon receipt. You will receive a 100% flowering guarantee. If you order perennial bulbs, you even have many years of enjoyment from your purchase.
If you order before September 10th you will receive the package mid September. If you order between September 10th and December 15st, we will send you the bulbs within three days after ordering. On the day of shipment you receive a track & trace number.
If there is a consumer purchase, under the Dutch Act on Distance (Article 7: 5 BW), the buyer has the right (a part of) to return the goods within a period of 14 days without giving any reasons but in good condition. The return of the package is for the account and risk of the buyer.Returns:
If it appears that the delivered package is defective then the buyer must report the defects within 14 working days of receipt by e-mail text and photo to [email protected], before the package is sent back. If the buyer's complaints are upheld by Tulip Store then there will be a new delivery within 14 days. If there is no stock anymore then a refund will take place within 14 days of the true statement.
The compensation is limited in all cases to no more than the invoice amount of the shipment.
